The case is a Pelican 1720. I used an electric knife to cut out the shapes. It looks better in the picture :P I learned as I went so there are a couple 'wows' in the lines.
The SIG is a Marui base with the Guarder metal frame and slide. It has 'real steel' Pachmayr grips installed, which worked in the end, but took a lot of dremelling.
