Pretty much. Or even better, fly an Age Verifier to her location. I'll volunteer.
Verifications are meant to be done in-person. Web-cams, faxes, phone calls, pictures and video are not acceptable.
I don't make the rules, but I support them and would even be tougher than the minimum required if the circumstances warrant.
