I suggest you look into the legality of this, with regards to fire codes. I know that in Winnipeg part of the reason 2-story structures were kiboshed was because of the fire code, and accessibility for the disabled (wheelchairs) IIRC.

Whereas the floorplan at Xtreme Tactics is relatively static, it's designed so walls can be moved, windows and doors can be made permanently open or closed to change routes and access points, etc. Structures are moved around on a regular basis, lighting changes....it doesn't get stale. Gord gets an awful lot of repeat business, and not just from MAA/ASC members - he gets a lot of repeat walk-ins...
