P90 is a very viable option. Not knocking the other suggestions, but speaking from personal experience.

To really make it effective, spend a little time and build yourself a custom sling/rig.

I had the P90 sitting vertically aligned on my back, just like a backpack, with a quick-release clip on my chest.

When I needed the P90, I'd lift my right arm up a bit, unclip the sling on my chest with my left hand, and the P90 would swing up towards my right hand, nearly in the ready-to-shoot position.

Neat-o.

Also, don't forget the TM Mk23 NBB - Silent but deadly. Also, it tends to be powerful enough even in colder weather, since it's got pretty good spanking power in warm weather.

And it's accurate.
