i can run my 400fps guns on a high drain 7.4 lipo. I use a lipo for my mp7 as well. all i can give for info is research lipo's, don't cheap out on charger's, get a balancer and take VERY good care of them or else you're in for a nice exothermic surprise
A good site to read up on them is rcgroups.com in the electric airplane section they have a subforum for chargers and batteries
