Hey all! I am asking for help/assistance with yet another battery charging question.....Here goes....

I have 9.6v 1700 mah batt. I have the intellipeak charger. Question...what is the optimum standard charge and what is the optimum peak charge? I was reading a great post here on battery faq's but it said NOT to discharge the batt's everytime as it could affect the memory? I have read that I should discharge the batteries everytime?

Help and advice greatly apreciated!!
