This didn't make a whole lot of sense to me, but then I haven't had a ton of experience with high caps.

I have a TM mp5 and a TM hi cap mag, and I wound it up till it skipped before inserting it into the gun. Then, when I put it in, The spring in the mag unwound, and I'm pretty sure the little wheel spun a bunch of times too. But I didn't get a stream of bbs rolling out the barrel. I just wound up the mag again and it fired ok.

Did I do something wrong to cause this? Should I be inserting the mag, THEN winding it up? - hope that's not too stupid a question
