Film making is how I found out about Airsoft. They look very authentic with a little CGI. I'm going to guess you have to stay legal because you got a grant that requires it. I know it makes it tricky to stay on budget. I have never worked in Montreal so the laws may be different then BC. Call "MONTREAL FILM & TV COMMISSION LOCATION BANK" (Nick Barker (514) 872–2883) they should be able to help you find your local requirements. If they have no information call city hall. Or do a little movie magic and film on private property and make it look like the city. Garbage is easy to come by.
