So I know your pain well.

You will not find a prebuilt gas system. The only option that was out for that is a gas bolt conversion kit for the APS II and VSR-10 series rifles.

I managed to build myself a suedo LH M24 by modifying a stock to accept a PDI ambi-dexterous receiver to fit a CA stock someone had kicking around. But I sold that gun off a looooooooooong time ago now.

My advice would be to tune a DMR AEG or GBBR. You will find it far easier to source parts and build something better suited for you. But if you have lots of patience and determination to source the parts you can build your own LH rifle.
