Just be aware any good host running a chrony is going to fry you for this trick. This doesnt equal lowering the fps for a game, its a form of cheating. Always chrony for your max velocity with the hop off.

With that said, 350 is a good fps, unless that is with hop on, then maybe cut a couple coils off your spring to lower it down a bit, or reverse it so the tighter coils are inside the piston to drop it a few FPS.
