Well I'll tra tour suggestion. The pistol il almost new so sound strange that this arm may be bent.

Bent it 'tighter' so that it presses the hop rubber more- giving more hop up. Also when you re-install the tension arm make sure the hop wheel is set to 0 or 'no hop'.
