I've had no real complaints from when I went in to buy stuff like my Xcortech, gun bag etc. for myself.

On the other hand I have two friends that got shafted by TA. One pretty much got scammed by TA, the other one purchased a product that TA knows is defective, and continues to sell because they direct the blame to the manufacturer. One purchased a Umarex G36 that was supposed to be made by ARES, and instead got a S&T G36 which is much shittier. Recently my other friend got a JG G36 full length that couldn't hit a box at 5 feet. Reason was the inner barrel was a C length and the BB's would bounce off the outer barrel before exiting. I called TA for him, and they said they'd change it out if we brought it in and made a formal RMA request. I popped them an email and they instantly told me this is how they all come and told us to blame JG not them.
