Their service is pretty good, they forgot to send chargers and batteries a few times but they always sent it if you tell them they forgot it. I order from TA the most and my next order will probably be there again. Pretty sad on how they treated your order, I am surprised it took two months for an item to get shipped to you as that is unusual because it takes one week for items to be delivered to me.
