I've had nothing but a great experience with this store both at the physical location and online.
When it's busy you may end up waiting a bit but when you get help they are more then willing to grab everything you need and let you take a look at whatever you want. I went in one time to pick up some gear and ended up checking out a bunch of sidearms, the staff was more then willing to let me handle them and even dry fire them right there in the store. They even help trouble shoot any issues you have with your guns or accessories with no charge.
It can sometimes be a little troublesome when you see how lackluster their stock can be, but that seems to be the case for every airsoft store.
Totally happy with their service and will continue to shop here.
