Sometimes it needs a little extra umf to get on...

If not I would check...

- Part 18c-54. Sometimes it can be pushed down more.
- Make sure the blow back unit isn't jammed. 18c-9
- Check the slide release. Could be on wrong/not moving right. 18c-68
