yup thats the truth tho ill say by the looks of theese ones they seem alot safer then the old style ones, they dont seem to shoot large sparks or even flame out the top like the old style ones do.
ill test them this weekend maybe if i have time to pic some up.
they seem to have a cover on the top with a small hole for the smoke to escape as oppsed to the other style that sort of just burn from the top down within the tube. The old ones wer fine if you sat em upright but if you toss em youd have to be carefull where you wer throwin to. Theese hopefully will be safer for throwing if you can actually hold em in yer hand through a full burn off.
