I can't say for sure if they are real or fake. I know my PTS MBUS sights came in the small white and orange PTS branded box. Now these were the version one PTS MBUS sights so maybe they changed the packaging for the version two ones.

For $100 I would just say get the real steel MBUS sights so you know what you are getting. They can be had for just under $100 at One Shot Tactical.
