Appreciate your replies. Unfortunately I bought the gun on-line, so although Toronto Airsoft may be walk-in, I live in Alberta and have to mail it back. Tough beans for me. I should have looked better for a local store and thought about service over convienence of just getting this thing here.
As far as better BB's, again I'll have to order some as none are locally available.
This is really frustrating, especially when you spend so much cash. My son has shot 10's of thousands of rounds out of much "cheaper" airsoft guns that never had a glitch, and so I figured I'd treat him with a "good" gun.
