The quickest way to get a resolution to the problem?
Take it to Toronto Airsoft and they should be able to tell you exactly what's wrong with it quite quickly. That's the luxury of buying from a walk-in store.

It honestly could be anything from a bad bucking, bad hop-up, faulty nozzle, faulty tappet plate, bad mags, bad mag catch, bad ammo, etc.
