its personal preference but most large games have mag rules. which usually works out to be around 400 rounds.
which means:
1-2 high caps
5-8 mid caps
unlimited low/real caps
this is just a idea as to what you may see at a game and not a solid rule on numbers.
though you need to remember that while running unlimited low/real caps sounds awesome they pack on weight very fast. i personally can carry 9 aeg mags with my low cap loadout. so i run 8 mags and a empty speed loader+packed bag of bbs. with aeg low caps be 8x70=560 rounds. 20 mags although heavy gives him the same amount of ammo as most other people on the field. and noone wants to be out of ammo mid gun fight
