bought from them once, was good they answered questions on the phone for me and even called me back. only thing i dont like is i bought a vsr 10 from them and they have it listed as the 430mm barrel length but its actually 510mm inner, not a huge complaint but couldnt mention it in the review section. that seemed a little strange to me
