He's talking about a lipo buffer tube.
If you want a battery to fit in the tube get a lipo.
If you want nicd or nimh get a battery stock of some sort.
If you do have a crane stock (battery stock) you need custom batteries for them that are a different shape to fit.
It would be easier to help if we knew exactly what your stock looked like.
