Sorry boys havent been on the forum. FOX send me an email immediately, I will be happy to replace. As I have mentioned before, and most people seem to believe that just because the screw is chamfered, that it will indicate based on hole position. ITS NOT TRUE, you must put the top screw in first, (*DONT TIGHTEN IT JUST GET THREADS STARTED*) then put in the 4 side screws. After all screws are in then tighten them. should go in perfect. Also as mentioned before no 2 guns are the same. The top hole may have been 2mm off for you, but for me it was center of the hole on my upper. Everyone's gun is different and no ones is an exception. The finished is supposed to be a machine finish. It acutally shows proof that it was CNC milled. Im not going to remove all toolpaths just 'cuz. They were left there for the Raw aluminum ones for people to paint. Theres no need to polish or "Brighten" any of them. I will show you a whole line of parts that we make and all have the toolpaths same way. It was also left a tad rough because I knew that TSC claimed "CNC" on there part 66, which was very sloppy on tolerance as many of you have proven. Their slot milling on the 66 varies greatly and I wanted my part as tight as possible so your stock wouldnt be sliding all over the place on you. Ha and you think I made a great profit? I can rack the numbers out for you.... I make a $5 profit on these, and thats at $55/hour of machine time. You go to anyother machine shop and they ask $100/hour off the bat. So profit yes, great profit: not even close. But like I said, PM me, I will send you another today and you can send the one back. Im sorry the one did not meet your expectations. They seemed to have a great finish, look, feel and operation to everyone else who has bought them. So I again apologize.
So yours finally came in Ross?
