The way I solved my problem, just so I would not destroy the spring plug once again, is by inserting a thin rubber washer between the spring guide and the spring. Just trim what exceed the guide since washer are usually larger than it.
My gun is running very fine like this. I've encountered no problem, and the plug has stopped getting hurt inside (no marking).
But what Drake suggest is I think pretty simpler than what I've done.
