Chances are, if you bought it at a commerical store, that regularly sells firearms, and you bought it without being asked if you had a PAL, it's 100% legal
And even if they're being a dick, they can't charge you with having an airsoft gun with a clear lower receiver. Simply because everyone else has one, they'd have to charge EVERYBODY
