+1 to all this. M110 spring should put you in the 360-370 fps range on its own. The bushings will keep your gears stable. The tightbore will increase your power, range and accuracy. The hopup rubber will increase your range and accuracy, and in some cases, velocity as well. The bearing spring guide will give your gun better consistency between shots and possibly increase velocity a bit. THat should put you just under the 400 fps mark.

However, I would strongly recommend against getting Systema springs. Do a search on the forum and you'll see that Systema springs tend to be highly problematic. I'd personally recommend a Modify spring. In my experience, they've been the most consistent springs I've seen to date. I used to like Prometheus, but I've gotten too many duds from them.
