Dude, Let me get this straight. There is none M4A1 Magazines ( AEG ) beside PTW, GBBR M4 doesn't work with any M4A1 AEG except a little bit mod or more mod. That's all.
Since I start airsoft, I used at least more than 10 M4 range from G&P, KWA, TM, CA, ICS, King Arms and none of them has any mags restricted except I mention above, it eventually fit with a matter of small mod due to the manufactured of metal body from company to company.
The answer is Yes, the D-boy magazines work with KWA. I used to have KWA M4A1 and using D-Boy hi-cap.
