From past knowledge iv had a chrono state that my PTW was shooting 100fps more than what 3-4 other chrono's from diff games said.
I would suggest testing your SCAR on a couple chrono's. Some people have shitty chrono's will other use chrono's for RS which i'm told can get you diff numbers when used with airsoft guns.
It could also be the weather.
