I've got lots of o-ring on hand...I just swapped them around until I got a good fit. Hardware stores usually have a broad selection.
I've got a SD Nozzle in all my Hicapas...so far, for me, they have been indestructable.
The 9ball piston head is great. Just not always necessary.
