Ok...this is too "precious" a thread not to weigh in on...
While I am fascinated with most firearms and the history and development....I too have my "hates"...well rather dislikes as what turns my crank.....and stops someone else's dead!
Dislikes:
M4/M16 with all kinds of useless sh%t hung on them (although I own 4 M4 variants all in "tactical/situational" trim...(ie, scope on Spr, ACOG on 416 long barrel, Eotech on LM300 etc etc...)
Sidearms with all kinds of sh@t hung on them in non-tactical situations....
Bull Pups....I respect their function but just hate their looks (looks like they were cobbled together from left over parts in the the parts bin... (FAMAS, Type 97, AUG, SA80/L85, P90 etc etc...)
Walther sniper rifle....I am sure it is very functional but man is that thing BUTT UGLY! Oh right...we are talking airsooft here and I don`t think there is an airsoft version out...
Airsoft guns with no real steel or real world counterparts)

I must admit I am an HK fan....and true that òld school`battle rifles like the G3 aren`t the prettiest guns...they get the job done. The HK real steel 91 I have is pretty amazing, accurate and reliable.....
And....the Schmeiser MP40 I have shot on a couple of occasions has to be the easiest gun I have ever fired...
Hmmmm...so maybe I am a fan of German guns...OK...I can live with that...
