the rail mounts on the G36 and the G36c are in the same place, the reciever for all intents and purposes is the same on both, so toi answer yoru question, yes it will fit.

i will be able to hold the ICS L85A2 before i buy it, the same is not true of the G36-E wich is a rather long gun (longest of the g36 series)
