Gas Pistols

Looking into a pistol. Was interested in the 1911 by TM on airsoft 007. It says it uses 134A gas. What the hell is that?

Disco_Dante February 1st, 2009 20:22

Just use propane. The TM 1911 won't have any trouble with that stuff, even if it's stock.

Eeyore February 1st, 2009 20:24

Propane? You mean green gas right?

KNIVEZS February 1st, 2009 20:25

yup propane= green gas

Eeyore February 1st, 2009 20:26

I understand that, but is he suggesting green gas or propane with some kind of adapter froma larger tank?

Thanks bud. And propane will not damage the mag at all?

dirtdiver February 1st, 2009 20:41

if used properly propane will not damage anything just remember to add 2-3 drops of silicone evry 5-8 mag fills. On another note I don't believe 007 sells GBBs anymore

Arthraxis February 1st, 2009 21:11

Yeah, I read that he left all that crap on, because he can't find the original code for all the website stuff?

Eeyore February 1st, 2009 21:24

Damn. OK so besides the classifieds section(don't want this forum to be my only option), where can I get a TM 1911?

sorry but ASC is your only option.
there's also retailers here that can get you a TM 1911
but you need to be verified

I guess I better get myself to the event Tuesday.

Hi I was wonder about the adapter to use propane in GBB's. I saw one at airsoft inovations and one a madbulls Which product do you players suggest.

dragwindsor February 3rd, 2009 19:43

Personally, I prefer my MadBull over the AI.

Nick_273 February 3rd, 2009 19:48

I believe AI's newest version is plastic which is apparently much more breakable. Unless you are able to get your hands on one of the older versions of the AI adapters which are metal i would suggest going with madbull.
