What plate carrier is this?
 

I know will probably be crusified for asking this, but what plate carrier is this?
I would like to get this plate carrier, but i would like to purchase it from a US retailer so I dont have to cut off my arm to have it shipped to me.
I want to get a plate carrier but I cant decide wether to get a RAV or one of these guys.

Internal Mag Pouches will hold 12 M4/A2
Comes with CQB and Velcro closures
Removable back panel.

I would rather have a more inexpensive replica, I would also like the back part of it. Do any of you know the best place to find a replica with the back part?
