HK 416 all metal AND CHEAP!!!!!!

I thought I had my mind made up and was going to get a JG hk416 and then I ran across a link to another forum where someone mentioned this tempting devil!

http://www.gunnerairsoft.com/catalog...roducts_id=975

anybody know anything about the company that makes them? Is this just a JG 416 clone with a metal body? Any info would be much appreciated.

no experiance with agm but it definatly will not be that cheap in canada

also why cheap out when you could put just a few dollars more into your budget and be able to afford a more quality gun?

I saw one in the BST forums for $450. It's not a bad price for a full metal body. If you took a stock JG 416 and added a metal body it'd come to more than that for sure.

Well I live in the US *hides* but I love your forums here. so it would be that cheap for me but after looking around for more info it looks like getting a JG and eventually getting a metal body for it eventually would probably be the best plan of action. I haven't heard one good word about AGM in the research I've been doing since finding this promising find thats now turned disappointing.

That simplifies things a lot... I haven't heard a lot about AGM but a metal body is just not easy to find or get here.

man Im pretty sure I speak for everyone here when I say that you guys in the states are EXTREMELY LUCKY when it comes to airsoft. You have sooo many options when it comes to purchasing guns, we usually resort to the cheaper brands due to the difficulties in importing and the resulting markup involved. keep reading on these boards and you will find info on almost every gun out there

Choose one (1) of the following answers to complete the sentence.

If it seems too good to be true, it probably ____ .

(a) is
(b) isn't
(c) all of the above

I bought one for 450$ and it has an amazing feeling for the metal body :D

Muffin May 18th, 2008 09:30

From my experience and reviews from others, AGM isn't a quality product. I've yet to test one of these out but from other reviews and such, it seems as if they cut corners alot. It may come with a metal body but i'd sooner get myself a JG, something that is defiantely more reliable then something that may 'feel' sturdier.

You need to specify...
airsoft = little candy store for them

gun = are kinda like a car shop :banghead: you walk in and get out with it!

I've seen pics of them, and I really don't like the 416 without H&K trades. I don't even like the US version of the VFC 416 without the real trades.

Dragonfly May 21st, 2008 16:03

I decided when I started gun shopping that if I get a gun without trades I have a plan... I am going to go to an online custom stencil shop and have "Stark Industries" trades made and paint those on any guns I get without trades on them, that way still have semi-realistic trades and everyone gets a laugh when they look at the trades on my guns. ( Also noting this here for future reference so when everybody starts doing it I can provide a link to this thread:p )

The AGM does have trademarks - AGM ones. I don't know. They just seem to clash on that gun. Usually, I don't give a rat's ass about trademarks unless I'm buying / building the gun as a collector's piece (like my C8). However, those trades on the AGM just look wrong to me. I'd prefer have no trademarks at all than the AGM ones. Ideally though, the H&K trades look best on the 416.

ok, your in the US perfect. Listen echo 1 has there version of the HK416 theres is called HK614 trades are wrong but guns decent, echo 1 support is in the US meaning anything goes wrong you go right to them, get the money you need for the echo 1 buy it and be happy. And if metal really matter have a HK416 body imported from HK redwolf should carry. carefull with HK416's if you want some 1:1 replica you can easily spend in the thousands.

Firewalker May 21st, 2008 20:26

Just get the VFC HK416. High quality and you can get it without so much as scratching your ass.
