Hades December 30th, 2007 19:53

No idea. just spend the $8 or so and get one of them hex key sets that have all the sizes in one piece. Best airsoft tool investment ever.

+ 1 to that. plus its compact enough to carry with you during a game.i carry a multi-tool and hex set just in case.

be sure to check and make sure the set you choose has the size you need.

in the field there is a no better tool for emergncy repairs than a multi-tool.

I got an 8 or 10 peice set for 99 cents and it's been able to open anything I need to open. Even the torx screws that hold the mechbox together.

It's not a question of if you'll need one of those suckers, but when.

ThunderCactus December 31st, 2007 01:05

Are you saying your unscrewing torx screws with allen keys?

Kos-Mos December 31st, 2007 01:28

In theory it is possible.
In practice it is risky.
I did it once because the Torx bit for that specific screw snaped on me. I got luck that the screw did not strip AND that I had the perfect allen for that purpose.
