Am I the only one who thinks the H&K Selector icons look retarded on the M16-style Receivers? I mean, they look good on other guns when they're all stacked up one above another, but I hate how they look when they're arranged on that kind of receiver like that. I'd have either left it with the old "SAFE", "SEMI", and "AUTO" indicators, or I'd have totally replaced the selector switch with the standard H&K style, like what's on the MP5 and G36.

Just my opinion. The rest of the 416 is sexy.

Donster November 23rd, 2007 19:27

i think you are the only one. sorry =(

i'm still looking for a indoor/ out door back up and that would fit the bill just fine :D

Gunny_McSmith October 9th, 2008 22:12

I have that gun!!!!! and BTW when you get it, you may want to consider this

- the gun need to have it's hop-up rubber changed right when you open the box.

- and the gun is a pain in the a** to disassemble!, you actually have to remove everything to access the hop up & barrel assembly! (that mean the motor, the grip, the stock tube, the gearbox...)

PS: a tip to take it apart is to think like the person who assembled your gun

but overall the gun is awsome !!!!

Edit sry for the chinese thing comment....

beta678 October 9th, 2008 22:21

yeah... now why don't you think about the thread date and whether or not that statement regarding chinese people might have been slightly offensive at all.
