What do you guys think?
http://www.wgcshop.com/pcart/shopper..._WA%20Handguns
I've got a friend who might buy one from this guy used, and asked me what I thought about it. I think it's pretty damn fugly but I'm just curious what you guys think. What do you think a good price for it would be, if it was in great condition? |
A more descriptive title is probably better. ;)
I friend of mine has one. He loves it to death. Personally, I'm not a Beretta person, but it felt like a nice and solid gun. What I'd expect from WA. Price wise, I'd say about $350-$400, since you're looking at a: 1. Discontinued = rare 2. WA = above TM quality and price 3. Pistol = hell to get in Canada right now |
I'd say 300 - 350$
Looks great, but a WA would need HFC134 or duster only, no? I'm not an expert at it, but some mods or flow restrictor could be useful with it to use propane. Although, Berettas are cool, simple pistols. Love the two tone! |
I think it's one sexy looking gun. Plus it's a WA, so you know it's quality.

I've owned 4 WA pistols.
WA Beretta M9 Mil-Spec HW WA 1911 .45 shorty WA 2011 SVIX (still own this baby) WA 1911A1 (still own) And they are fucking incredible. A rare model like that could EASILY fetch 450. |
just talking about cosmetics, it looks great...
I don't know its performance, since I don't have one... If it can be a little shorter, it'd be easier to use in CQB situation... |
I have one and I love it. She's deadly accurate, hits hard, and kicks like a mule. Not to mention beautiful. :P I'd say pick it up, it's a rare collectors piece. I payed $400 for mine about a year ago.

I never liked the beretta, and I never liked barell mods.
|
i've only heard praises from WA if treated right.
|
Hmm, thanks for the opinions. I had originally told him not to buy it, but based on the imput you guys gave, I realized I was clearly wrong!
