Crappy Post has lost my items again !

A box worth over 800$ from A&A is gone no where once again for me by canada post delivery, tracking system miss scaned, delivery never arrived(was suppose to be delivered 3 days ago), and customer services all told me "goo luck sir, wish your package shows up tommorow."

my package was miss scan right after post office recived it from A&A and still shows the item is in NEEPAWA Manitoba... sigh -__-

SINN September 6th, 2007 22:07

hope you paid for the insurance.

8thArmy September 6th, 2007 22:11

300$ ,not even half of what the package worth -__-!

At least A&A sent you package.. He hasnt even sent mine and its been a month since it was suppose to be at my doorstep.

I begginning to see a trend coming from A&A... alot of people seem to be getting screwed over.
When I asked about my gun, I got a message fro mark " What the hell are you talking about"

Thats all he ahd to say, until I showed him all the emails I saved and then he says that he would send it the next day ( that was 2 weeks ago ). I was suppose to have it a month ago.

I bought the last one in stock at the time... He has had another shipment come in already and non of thse have been sent to me...

I was luky mark was pretty nice and fast shipping for me for the last 6 times i ordered from him
i paid my money the night before and he sent them the very next morning
but then unluckily Canada post has screwed me up almost every shipment from A&A and others.

I just had to search for my UNCompany order. I called Purlator, and they found it. Check out the closest Canada post office near you. I had my name, address and everything on the package. But they didnt have it on there computer.

I went down and demanded them look. They came back with it.

Maybe a long shot and maybe i got lucky. But, so can you...

Have your full name + address +other info and ID's ready. If they don't find it, make sure they call (in front of you) the nearby Canada Posts. If you get bad service you ask to talk to the manager. If all hell breaks lose, come back with your lawyer(s).

Never, ever let someone screw you. Unless its the law, can't do shit about that.

Checking with your local PO is a good place to start, as others have suggested.

Next would be to check with your neighbours to see if your parcel was sent to them by mistake.

If the above fail ask Mark at A&A to call in to CP to start a lost package claim. They will put a trace on the package to see where it ended up.

In most cases lost packages are mis-routed to the wrong sortation plant or delivery office, or simply were mis-delivered to the wrong address.

They won't know to look unless a claim is filed by the SENDER.

I've sent thousands of packages through CP and can count the number of lost packages on one hand, only once did they not eventually find the missing parcel, and it was covered through insurance.
