Your Experience with Boomarms

Hello,

I placed an order on Boomarms last Thursday.
All I got was the payment request, which I paid via Paypal, but I have not got any confirmation or shipping notice.
I've sent them 2 emails and DM'ed them on Facebook but I am yet to receive any replies.
What are your experiences with Boomarms?
Do they normally take this long to ship items and are hard to communicate with?

Ordered a Nova Steel kit from them last year. No issues

Did you order a frame as well? Did it get through the customs?
