Battle jacket Pat 83
 

Does anyone know a reputable service, preferably around the lower mainland (Vancouver, Burnaby, surrey area) who can replace Velcro, buckles and a general freshen up on a South African Pat 83 ? Someone with webbing rebuild experience.
