Problem with CA33e

I'm having a problem with my ca33e. It was shooting fine but now it doesnt shoot the bb's and makes a hollow firing sound. I have fully charged the battery so that is not factor. Any help would be much appreciated

Are you using locap or hicap? Have you cleaned your barrel & hopup? Checked to make sure the nozzle isnt cracked?
