WA 15Rds Magazine for Wilson Combat not filling!?

Alright this is a weird one.

I have 3 of these mags brand new never used.

These are brand new out of the box.

Now when I goto fill them up the gas just flows right through the mag and out the top.... In other words they dont fill, the gas just gose right through them. Again these have never been used and it happens to all 3 of these mags.

I'm confused!?

Any help would be great.

Sorry, I don't know all the right terms but you know where that release valve is at the back of the mag ( a little black button)? Well around that there's a square piece of metal that moves up and down, move it all the way towards the bottom of the mag until the button pops out (just a bit). Now you can fill your mag. Hope this helps.

I left all my allian keys at my gf's place(3 hour drive away) But I understand what you are saying and I will try that. That metal pice on the back is down far enough so the vaule pops out but I dont wanna put it to far down the the vaule flys out of the mag when filling.

Another weird note.

I put the mag in my gun and then went to fill it.. the slide poped back once then the mag filled. I then took the mag out of the gun and filled it all the way. It worked but I dont think doing it this way is healthy for my gun.

Weird mags!

You don't need allen keys or anything, just pulling it down with your thumb is good enough, as long as the release valve pops out (not litterally, it will come out just a bit) you will be good to go. When the release valve is depressed (manually or when the mag becomes empty) basically the valve is in the open position hence why you need to pull down the notch on the release valve to reset it.
