RS mainspring housing on TM 1911
 

hello guys and gals, I have been trying to find some info on making a real steel 1911 mainspring housing fit a TM 1911 for a few days now with little to no results.
Now from what I gather they are almost the exact same dimensions with a few changes needed to be made from what I have see.I know there will be dremeling involved that's obvious.
I'm just wondering if it will work at all has anyone attempted to do this,I found a Wilson combat mainspring housing with magwell very cheep local.

any info or link would be greatly appreciated.
