sniper loadout help

hey guys I am new to this site and to air soft. I am looking to make a sniper load out and so far all I have is a 2 piece ghillie which I made from a kit. I was wondering about wearing a vest also and I am not sure what type of vest to get am if I would have to make any modifications to the ghillie top piece.

Vest for what. Why are you wearing it? Does it aid you in some way? The whole point of a ghillie is to mask a human shape and allow silent, slow movement through open areas. If its to hold magazines, how many do you need as a wookie? Won't pockets service you? Less is more in combat mobility. Think about it.

well I was thinking a vest to hold radios to commuicate with the team and hold an extra mag in case unless it would be better to custom a few pockets already on the ghillie suit

Drag bag !

I'm my teams marksman, and I wear a ghillie on woods games.
I wouldn't recommend a vest. I wear a battle belt style unit, with 4 mag pouches (double stack), a utility pouch in the back for radios and stuff, and a dump pouch on the side.

As for secondary weapons, I wear a drop leg holster that fits in a spot on my ghillie (I rebraided it), and that has integrated mag pouches.

It's a really nice, light-weight set up. Fits wonderfull under a ghillie, and cost about $50.

If you want to play sniper , never leave home with out it . A good drag bag carries all your sniper goodies in it. It is dragged behind you .going into a sniper hide .

Some of the items I keep in my drag bag : cam cover, pruning snips, cam cover for rifle, binos, spotting scope , heavy weight "BBs" cam cover for spotting scope, prc 152 radio and back up weapon .
