Revolution Airsoft - Items still not shipped (Ordered Dec. 21, 2013)
 

Having an issue with my Order # RA 20819.

Ordered Dec. 21, 2013, over 4 weeks ago.

I understand yes there were holidays on Dec 25, 26, and Jan 1, but my order is still in processing, not even shipped!


Made a ticket, received a response Jan. 13 saying you have asked shipping department.

Still no response, sent another ticket. Response received Jan. 16 saying most of your guys are at Shot Show and they can only respond in the evening about certain subjects.

It is now Jan. 21 and it still shows in processing without any response of what is going on...

Ordered 3 items (MP9, and 3 WileyX Sunglasses)

Getting really impatient since this is taking too long, long even for an overseas company.

The holiday season is already long gone, and I doubt there should be any reason for any further delays.

Just got a reply/update.

So I'm guessing after shipping time, I would get it next week. IMO 5 weeks to get an item that is supposed to be in country is ridiculous... (over 4 weeks just to ship)

Now here's to hoping I will get it without any more issues.

Keep us posted, an email was sent from ASC staff to them asking them to clean up these outstanding deals. Hopefully that is part of the reason you received a response finally and they carry through with it.

Unfortunately, it is still showing processing despite they said it was processed yesterday tracking number by today at the latest. Left them another ticket, hopefully it just hasn't been updated.

Sent another ticket Jan. 24 because I never got the tracking number and it still shows processed.

Still no answer or updates as of today.

It is now 40 days, and I am probably going to HAVE to file a Paypal dispute tonight...

I am really upset that the supposed Christmas deals I was able to order in time is most likely not going to be honoured or ever delivered.

I had sent tickets and left comments on their Facebook wall to no avail. Have not even received a single response since last week when they said it was going to be shipped with a tracking number no later than Jan. 23, 2014...

At this point I would recommend opening the dispute with paypal, after reviewing their lack of communication with you from your PM and on their own website, for your own protection before the time limit expires.

Just an update. Order was finally cancelled by Revolution Airsoft.

Of course, still no response from Revolution Airsoft though, or replies to my tickets/Facebook, nor a refund yet.

Hopefully the Paypal claim will get my money refunded soon.

Thanks they are on a time limited warning at the moment to fix yours and some other issues. Keep us posted please.

The claim usually takes a week I hear, I did screenshot my order and tickets though in case Paypal requests it.

Even though it is a claim, they could easily just refund the amount to end it, but considering they haven't even bothered replying I doubt it will happen anytime soon.
