Mach1Airsoft Order
 

Ordered from Mach1Airsoft on August 12th, just needed the lonex g36 hop up chamber. Order went in no problem but received no shipping notification or anything. 2 weeks later I emailed them, after a couple days I got the response that they were sorry for the mistake and it had now been shipped. It has been 2 weeks since then and the site still shows my order in "Processing". I emailed back a few days ago but haven't received a response. No tracking number and no idea if my item is even coming. At this point I'm debating putting in a paypal dispute, but I would like to give Mach1 a chance here.. I just really need this part, I ordered from a canadian retailer who seemed reputable so that I would get it quickly, I could have had it from china a week ago...

Update: Heard back from Mach1, they found the package that should have been coming to me, it fell between a counter and a wall... Sounds like they are shipping it today.

Got the hop-up chamber today! After over a month I'm glad to have received it, Mach1 was very apologetic and threw in a bunch of patches and stickers along with the order. Not a great experience, but I'm glad they made it right.

Least we could do.

It happens once in a while. Glad it got sorted out.
