Toronto airsoft

Went to their store just now. Pretty sweet spot, walked out with an echo 1 m4 RIS. It seems pretty bad ass to me. going to get a better battery and charger, and I got an av in. Productive day..

E1 is pretty run of the mill stuff. Their AK "RedStar" line is rebranded CYMA internally so pretty good deal but I still prefer King Arms M4's (other than the slight bronze discolouration of the receivers which appears to be on purpose since certain models don't have that colouration).

And I guess you know that you can get batteries and charger from hobbyking for dirt cheap. Genuine iMaxB6 and the Turnigy Nanotech batteries (for "airsoft use") are awesome.

In the first post he said he got AV'ed today and, about the echo1 gun its an ok gun re-brand of a JG most likely but it well last you a long time before a repair is in need. All I have to say is have fun with it and, enjoy your gun.

Right there in the original post.

"and I got an av in."

So, yeah, he's getting his AV.

@Scotch - please don't post useless items like this unless you're making a point, asking a question, or responding to a question. Posting "updates" to ASC as if this place is Twitter or Facebook is... annoying. (Consider this a polite PSA.)

My apologies. And thanks for the input on the gun.

You may also want to edit out the name of the retailer. That info is not allowed in the Newbie tank.

No, it's all good - you're learning and appear decent.

You have yet to experience how some newbs behave when they first arrive here: attitude, 1337 speak, lack of punctuation/grammar/spelling, "I'm 14, why can't I play?!?", VERY stupid questions. The list goes on. Get AV'ed, then visit the Trash in Off-Topic to see what I mean.

E1 stuff isn't bad. Not amazing, but not terrible. A little internal work and the gun will serve you well enough.

Scotcho1.0 July 21st, 2012 13:34

Yeah I just finished emptying a clip into an unsuspecting box in my garage. It felt pretty good, although something seems funky with the delta ring. It looks a little crooked and the ris Is a bit loose, the barrel nut is good and tight. Is the delta ring suppose to slide over the end of the ris?
