Importing grips ?

Ok, I know it sounds stupid, but can I import pistol grips, I didn't see any mention to grips in the FAQ !!!
Thanks !

That depends on the pistol you're specifically referring to. Some pistol grips are an integrated part of the restricted component of a firearm.

what kind of grips?

if its for a hicapa, then thats a tricky area, due to the grips being the entire lower part

Forgot to add, these grips are M1911 grips !

Thanks guys !

Are you referring to "grip" as in the frame? Or the grip panel? 1911 grip panels are legal to import. The grip frame is not.
