In theory, alot could have been called "The modern fancy gizmo of today" back then.
(IE - MP43/44/STG-44, vampyr night sight, Tiger tank, etc..)

But, when comparing a WA2000 to a K98? :rolleyes:

Actually the kar98k was adopted in 1935.

The WA2000 and the K98k are both German rifles... the WA is made by Walther... which is German

The G&G kar98k will be CO2 powered. now lets just hope it doesn t have shells..

exactly what I am thinking - yet I am willing to give them a chance with their CO2 powered version - I will wait till reviews of the G98k are out. In the mean time, I am planning on building my own Kar98k.
