ASCmart WTF? won't let me clear my cart
 

i have no idea which forum to post this so in advance i apologize if it's in the wrong section.

So here's my problem. I have a cart full of stuff and i doubled some things by accident. i checked the remove boxes and click update but all i get is "There are currently no products in this range."

i've tried sending them an email and i get the same erro r(There are currently no products in this range.), like wtf lol ive been trying to do this for over a week thinking it might just be some weird error happening that day, but i've tried different days and different computers.

Help me, i want a tornado grenade T_T

delete your saved cache and history?

This error is still occuring as it is happening to me too.

exactly i wanted to support ASCmart but now had to order somewhere else, my cart still wont empty

no issues for me on my work computer.

added an item, went to my cart, selected the 'remove' box, updated my cart

i still get
"There are currently no products in this range."

A suggestion might be to try a different browser. Perhaps installing Chrome or Firefix might help. I find that IE sometimes does some weird things with cached information that I need to do some workarounds to get to work.

No, ASCMart is just fucked up and no one is bothering to fix it. I've also encountered it, regardless of what browser is used.

haha i only use chrome and i always try other browsers everytime something goes wrong but its still FUBAR and noone's fixing it lol

It can't possibly be user-end. I've tried from three entirely different machines on three entirely different networks with three separate browsers (IE, Firefox and Chrome) and no go. This sucks.

So where is sk supposed to order airsoff innovation stuff now? I wanna get more things for my tornado :(
